Pass the Time – Vol. IV: Melis Durul

09 April 2020

How would a professional volleyball player spend the day productively these days without playing volleyball? The fourth chapter of our “Pass the Time” series features Melis Durul sharing her life in the Covid-19 world.

Joining the “Pass The Time” campaign initially started by the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) in order to entertain volleyball fans during this period they all spend at home, we decided to ask Eczacıbaşı VitrA ladies what their daily routines are, what kind of exercises they regularly practice and how they cope up with the current situation whilst at home.

---

“I start the day by doing meditation. After having breakfast, I drink coffee and read a book. Then I watch some series. In the afternoon I do the at home workout that our fitness coach has sent us which takes about an hour. Then I eat dinner and spend some time with my family. During the day I frequently chat with my friends.

I would suggest our followers to try wood painting or drawing. Please be mindful of yourself, your family and your loved ones and stay home. Keep believing that together we can get over these days.”
