The team will travel to Bursa tomorrow for the upcoming match against Nilüfer in the Vestel Venus Sultans League.
We displayed a successful team performance on Wednesday by defeating LP Salo 3-0 in Istanbul at the re-match, thus saving our spot as the leader in the Champions League’s Pool A.
After a day off, the team has continued to prepare for the coming games in the Vestel Venus Sultans League with double training sessions.
In her pre-game thoughts before the Bursa trip, experienced libero Merve Dalbeler mentions how happy and proud she is to wear the orange and white jersey again after ten years and adds that, “I believe we made a good start to the second half. During the months of January and February which will be intense we want to reach our goals by improving our performance as a team. The Nilüfer match will be an important step within this goal.”
Nilüfer game will take place on Sunday, January 26, at 19.00, in Bursa Cengiz Göllü Volleyball Hall. The game will be aired on TRT Spor 2.
