Our young star Tijana Bošković receives the CEV’s “Female Volleyball Player of the Year” award for the second year in a row.
Tijana has been announced as the receiver of this award at the annual CEV European Volleyball Gala, which took place in Budapest, Hungary tonight. Yet she was not able to attend due to the season opener match tomorrow against Nilüfer Belediyespor. Tijana, who is currently in Bursa with the team, sent thanks to the guests through a video which was shown at the Gala.
Tijana has shared her thoughts as follows:
“Unfortunately once again, I’m not able to be there with you. I feel very proud of being awarded as the best female volleyball player in Europe for the second year in a row. I would like to thank my team mates, family, coaches, my Volleyball Federation, my Club and all the fans for their huge support through all these years, without which I wouldn’t be where I am today. This award makes me feel great. And it will motivate me to be better and achieve a lot of great results in the future.”
