Born in 1986, Ferhat Akbaş is a former volleyball player.
In 2004, Akbaş started his coaching career as a scoutman in Galatasaray and then he continued his career at Türk Telekom Ankara. Akbaş then got appointed as an assistant coach for Guangdong Evergrande in China in 2011. He later worked for VakıfBank between the years of 2012 and 2015, for CSM Bucharest between the years of 2017 and 2019 and Chemik Police from 2019 until 2021.
Akbaş was the Head Coach of the Turkish Volleyball National Team in the 2015-2016 season and the assistant coach of Japan Volleyball National Team in the 2017-2018 season.
Akbaş is the Head Coach of Eczacıbaşı Dynavit since the 2021-2022 season.
Born in 1990 in Poland, Przemyslaw Kawka is a Volleyball Assistant Coach with 10 years of experience working in Polish League and Poland Women's National Team. Kawka has joined Eczacıbaşı Dynavit Women’s Volleyball Team in the 2021-2022 season.
Kawka has started his Club career as the Scoutman of MKS Dabrowa Gornicza, winning two Polish Cups (2012, 2013) and two Polish Supercups (2013, 2014) between the years of 2010 and 2014. Continuing his career as the Scoutman and Assistant Coach of Grupa Azoty Chemik Police from 2014 until 2021, Kawka has won six Polish Championship titles (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2020, 2021), five Polish Cups (2016, 2017, 2019, 2020, 2021) and two Polish Supercups (2015, 2019).
Kawka has been working as the Scoutman and Assistant of Poland Women’s National Team since 2015. He has also worked for the U17 and U19 Women’s National Teams in Poland as an Assistant Coach.
Kaan İncekara was born in 1979. He graduated from EGE University. He worked with Karşıyaka Sports Club and Arkas Sports Club recently. He is working now as the assistant coach of the senior team.
Born in 1990 in Bartın, Turkey, Canberk Tekmen graduated from Ege University's Department of Coaching. Starting his career in Izmir Büyükşehir Belediyespor in 2013, Tekmen took charge in Işıkkent Sports Club, Turkish Volleyball Federation, Nilüfer Belediyespor and Aydın Büyükşehir Belediyespor, respectively.
Tekmen worked as the scoutman of U16-U20 age groups between the years of 2016 and 2021. He participated in the 2019 U20 World Championship and the U18 World Championship as an assistant coach. Tekmen will worked as the assistant coach of the Turkish Women's National Team in the Mediterranean Games and the Islamic Games in summer 2022.
Born in 1983, Erman Güçin finished his college degree at the Marmara University School of Physical Education and Sports.
Having played volleyball at professional level before he began his coaching career, Güçin played for İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Manavgatspor, MEF Schools, Beşiktaş, İTÜ and Çevregücü.
Güçin has been working with Eczacıbaşı VitrA Senior Team since 2018-2019 season. In the 2019-2020 season, he will be training both Eczacıbaşı VitrA as our field coach and Eczacıbaşı Sports School teams in our Ayazağa campus.
Lukasz Filipecki, a graduate of the Physical Education Academy, completed his master's degree at the university he studied in Katowice.
Starting his career in MKS Dabrowa Gornicza, Filipecki worked in Asseco Resovia Rzeszow and KPS Chemik Police sports clubs, respectively.
Filipecki won the bronze medal at the European Championships with the Poland Men's National Team between 2015 and 2016. Between 2017 and 2021, he won 2 Polish Championships, 2 Polish Cups and 1 Polish Super Cup Championship with KPS Chemik Police. The experienced coach has been working as the strength coach of the Czech Women's National Team since 2020
Born in 1995, Mehmet Sönmez has finished Faculity of Sport Sciences Physical Educaition and Sports Teaching at Akdeniz University.
Starting his career at Eczacıbaşı Sports Club in 2018, Kurnaz has worked as a physical coach, assistant coach and scoutman for Eczacıbaşı development teams.
Sönmez, a former national volleyball player, started her coaching career at Karayolları Sports Club in 2018. He worked as a statistics and assistant coach throughout his career.
Sönmez has been working as a scoutman of Eczacıbaşı Dynavit starting with the 2021-2022 season.
Born in 1974 in Sofia, Bulgaria, Daniela M. Selami graduated from NSA “V.Levski” Sofia-Kinesitherapy faculty in 1999.
She started her career in Turkey with Kocaeli Spor Women's Volleyball Team, and in 2001 and 2002, she took part in Turkey A National Women's Volleyball Team and Turkey Youth National Teams.
Selami, who started his career at Eczacıbaşı Sports Club between 2004-2014, won 4 Turkish League Championships, 3 Turkish Cups, 2 Super Cups and 2 European Championships, 4th place in 1 European Top Teams together with the team.
Selami worked with the Sarıyer Women's Volleyball team between 2014 and 2017 and continued her career as a freelancer as of 2017. Daniela Selami has been working as the physiotherapist of the Eczacıbaşı Dynavit Women's Volleyball Team as of the 2023 - 2024 season.
Born in 1995, Kübra Güneş graduated from Yeditepe University, Department of Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation. After working as a volunteer at various sports clubs and sports health centers, she started working as a physiotherapist in an orthopedics clinic. She has been working as a physiotherapist in our club since January 2022.
Born in 1984, Cihan Fidan started his career in 2007 at Beşiktaş.
Fidan has worked for Beşiktaş men’s basketball, women’s volleyball and women’s basketball teams between the years of 2007 and 2013 both for senior teams and development teams. Fidan also worked for Turkish Basketball Fedeartion, as the massage therapist of Turkish Women’s Basketball Team.
1990 Cerrahpaşa Medical Faculty, 2005 Marmara University Graduate Program in Health Institutions Graduate Program. Since 2013 he has been working as the coordinator of Health Department of Eczacıbaşı Sports Club.
He graduated from Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine in 1989. He completed FTR specialization in 1993 and Ph.D. in Sports Medicine in 2002. He is the doctor of our club since 2013.
