Eczacıbaşı Dynavit players shine in the 2023 VNL

The first three weeks of the 2023 FIVB Volleyball Nations League (VNL), hosted by Turkey, China and Thailand, were breathtaking with the struggles faced by many star players, and witnessed fierce matches. The performances of Eczacıbaşı Dynavit players shone in the organization, with volleyball lovers from all over the world showing great interest for them.

Captain of the Canadian National Team, our new transfer Alexa Gray scored a total of 231 points with 208 attacks, 13 blocks and 10 serves and became one of the top scorers of the tournament. Our player Jovana Stevanovic, who plays for the Serbian National Team, scored a total of 80 points with 52 attacks, 22 blocks and 6 serves. Our young player Martyna Czyrnianska, who plays for the Polish National Team, scored a total of 61 points with 47 attacks, 7 blocks and 7 serves. Our national outside hitter Hande Baladın scored a total of 73 points with 61 attacks, 10 blocks and 2 serves. Our national setter Elif Şahin scored a total of 26 points with 15 attacks, 9 blocks and 2 serves. One of our team captains, Simge Aköz, played an important role in passing and defense for our National Team.

Another captain of our team, Tijana Boskovic, who participated in the tournament in the 3rd week, took the tournament by storm with 109 points. Boskovic scored 39 points in total with 34 attacks, 4 blocks and 1 ace in the match against Germany, becoming the only player to score the most points in a single match in the Volleyball Nations League.

Our National Women's Volleyball Team defeated Croatia in its last match in the 3rd week and reached the quarterfinals and will compete in the Finals to be held in Arlington, USA on 13-17 July 2023.
