İsmail Şahin, the director of Eczacıbaşı Academy has reviewed the first week of the preparation phase for the 2018-2019 season as follows:
“Our U13 Team, which consists of players born in 2006 and 2007, has been the first group in our Academy to start the preparations. At the moment, we have 14 players within the group. We are considering to raise the number of players.
Our U15 and U17 Teams consist of players, who have already been members of Our Club in the previous seasons. We have started to do physical practice with all Academy teams. While our fitness coach Lenifran de Matos Santos conducts the fitness trainings, we, as the Academy’s technical staff, work on our players’ technical development for the rest of the training.”
