In the third week of the Vestel Venus Sultans League, Eczacıbaşı VitrA defeated Beylikdüzü in straight sets.
Reflecting the successful start of our team in the 2018-19 season once again, Eczacıbaşı VitrA’s solid team performance was a remarkable key in today’s 3-0 win over Beylikdüzü. Having collected three points in the league again, Eczacıbaşı VitrA achieved to close another week without losing a set, which has been the third time in a row so far since Week 1.
Taking control over the first set with the help of our captain Jordan Larson and Meliha İsmailoğlu’s attacks, our team has started the game powerful by winning the 1st set 25-20. Having finished with Eczacıbaşı VitrA’s nice block, the second set included exciting rallies. Our team managed to hold its control over the game and won 3-0 in its 2nd away match in the Sultans League.
Starting to prepare for Week 4’s derby by tomorrow, Eczacıbaşı VitrA will host Fenerbahçe in Burhan Felek Volleyball Hall on November 13rd, Tuesday at 7 pm (Turkish local time). The exciting clash will be live streamed on TRT Spor.
