The third leg of the FIVB Volleyball Nations League ended with the games played on the 31st of May. As opposed to the second, the wins in this stage affected the standings substantially.
Nationals Meliha İsmailoğlu played with 28 points (22 attacks, 3 blocks, 3 serves), Hande Baladın played with 12 and Beyza Arıcı added 4 (2 attacks, 2 blocks) to the scoreboard while Simge Aköz was ranked as the second best receiver due to her strong overall performance during the tournament.
On the US side, Jordan Larson grabbed 25 points (17 attacks, 3 blocks, 5 serves) and Lauren Gibbemeyer added another 21 (17 attacks, 2 blocks, 2 serves) to their team’s overall performance. According to the FIVB statistical data, Jordan is ranked as the best serving player of the tournament so far.
Serbian National Tijana Boskovic, who is currently ranked on top of the list of best attacking players with 52%, continued to add 53 points (44 attacks, 7 blocks, 3 services) in the last three games.
New transfers Yeon Koung Kim and Gamze Alikaya did not take part in the national team squads of the third stage.
