Having started the 7th week of the preparation phase for 2018-19 season with an intense training schedule, Eczacıbaşı VitrA finished the day with a lift practice in the morning.
After warming up with our fitness coach Lenifran de Matos Santos, Eczacıbaşı VitrA players Büşra Kılıçlı, Güldeniz Önal, Gözde Yılmaz, Gamze Kılıç, Dilara Bağcı, Ezgi Dilik and Merve Atlıer had a weight practice.
Our team will continue its preparations with double practices tomorrow.
Eczacıbaşı VitrA players Meliha İsmailoğlu, Simge Şebnem Aköz and Beyza Arıcı, who will compete at the 2018 FIVB Volleyball Women’s World Championship in Japan between September 29th and October 20th, will join the team after the tournament.
Our team captain Jordan Larson, Yeon-Koung Kim, Lauren Gibbemeyer and Tijana Boskovic, who will compete at the World Championship with their National Teams, will join Eczacıbaşı VitrA’s preparations for 2018-19 season after the tournament as well.
