Tijana Boskovic who was born in 1997, plays an irreplaceable role in Serbian National team and draws attention with the position of opposite.
Tijana Boskovic has won many successes with national team and club teams. She has won back to back World Club Championship with Eczacıbaşı VitrA and became third at Champions League. Young star also became second at Rio Olympics and won a gold medal at 2017 European Championship while she became third at 2017 World Grand Prix. In 2016 and 2017 she was nominated the most valuable player by FIVB at World Club Championships and selected the best opposite at World Grand Prix.
After defeating Minchanka Minsk in the first match of the Finals, where she contributed 25 points she said:
“We won the first match of Cev Cup Finals. I am very happy that we won however, the way we played did not satisfy me. I know we could play much better. I believe we will show a better performance in İstanbul and win the cup at home.”
