Eczacıbaşı VitrA will host the Italian side Yamamay e-work Busto Arsizio at the first round of the 8th finals tie of the CEV Cup on Wednesday.
Orange and White’s head coach Marco Motta said: “I’m happy that we have passed the first round of the CEV Cup without any problems. We will play against a tough team. We will play two difficult matches and the first one is at home. We want to take the advantage on Wednesday. It’s definitely going to be a high level tie.”
Eczacıbaşı VitrA – Yamamay e-work Busto Arsizio match will be played on the 24th of January at 17:00 (local time) at Burhan Felek Sports Hall and there will be a live stream on Smart Spor TV.
Second match will be played in Italy on the 8th of February at the Palayamamay Sports Hall.
Eczacıbaşı Dynavit, the reigning champions of the Italian League and CEV Champions League for the 2024-2025 season, have added American outside hitter Kathryn Plummer to their roster.
Eczacıbaşı Dynavit, continuing to structure its roster for the 2024-2025 season, will continue its journey with experienced setter Naz Aydemir Akyol, who emerged from its youth academy and wore the team's jersey between 2004 and 2009, and also played in the previous season.
