Having marked a great achievement by becoming back-to-back champions in 2015 and 2016 editions, Eczacıbaşı VitrA will participate in the FIVB Club World Championship for a fifth consecutive edition. The 2019 Club World Championship will be held between December 3 and 8, 2019 in Shaoxing, China. Eczacıbaşı VitrA finished the last edition of the tournament in the third place.
The Club will participate at the tournament as a wild card invitee. Our opponents in Pool A will be the host team Guangdong Evergrande, Minas Tenis Clube (Brazil) and Imoco Volley Conegliano (Italy). In Pool B, VakıfBank (Turkey), Igor Gorgonzola Novara (Italy), Dentil Praia Clube (Brazil) and Tianjin Bohai Bank (China) will face.
