The Club parts ways with Head Coach Marco Aurelio Motta whose contract has come to an end.
Our Club President Faruk Eczacıbaşı invited him for a farewell lunch and thanked Motta for all his efforts.
Motta who started to coach Eczacıbaşı VitrA in the 2017-2018 season has won the 2018 CEV Cup, 2019 Turkish Cup, three consecutive Super Cup titles from 2018 until 2020 and also a silver (2019) and a bronze (2018) in FIVB Club World Championships.
About their agreement with Motta coming to an end, the Club statement says, “With our coach Marco we played many games, competed in many championships and won trophies together. Our successful coach will always be a part of our family. We would like to thank him for all his efforts and wish him the best for the rest of his career.”
