Continuing our preparations for 2021/22 in Izmir, the team is heading to Istanbul as we complete the last session of the pre-season training camp today.
Eczacıbaşı Dynavit Head Coach Ferhat Akbaş reflects on the pre-season training camp of the Orange and Whites: “While planning this pre-season training camp in Izmir it was our aim to speed up both mental and physical adaptation of the team. Our main goal was to get to know each other better and build the base of our system. The team knows each other better and adjusts to the system that I want to adapt. Of course, this period is going quite intense and our preparations will increasingly go on. It is a period in which we push a little bit hard especially physically yet in the coming parts of the season we will need this work.”
The team will continue its training schedule in Istanbul and also play couple of friendly games in the upcoming weeks.
