Eczacıbaşı Dynavit, which will compete in the CEV Champions League, FIVB World Club Championship, Turkish Sultans League and Turkish Cup in the 2023 – 2024 Season, is training on the pre-season preparations with Naz Aydemir Akyol, Irina Voronkova, Yaprak Erkek, Sinead Jack-Kısal, Aybüke Özel, Defne Başyolcu, Beyza Arıcı, Yasemin Güveli and the young players from the Academy, Bianka İlayda Mumcular, Ece Yıldız and, Cansın Şendir.
Continuing the week with friendly matches against Sarıyer Belediyespor and Aydın Büyükşehir Belediyespor, the orange and white team passed the day in two groups with double training session. The training started with a warm-up managed by our strength coach and ended with attack variations in pairs.
At the end of the day's training, our head coach Ferhat Akbaş said, "This week, just like last week, we blended preparation matches and training. Especially in our Sarıyer Belediyespor match, we focused on the points we missed and the tactical exercises for the friendly matches in the next period. We also did weightlifting and strength training in the morning session. We continue to work with a balanced program that prioritizes athletes' health".
