Experienced middle blocker Hazal Selin Arifoğlu who is from Eczacıbaşı Academy returns to the Club after 7 years. Selin was playing for the Kuzeyboru Volleyball Team in the first half of the season from where she has transferred to the Tigers for the rest of the season.
Sharing her thoughts about her transfer to Eczacıbaşı Sports Club, Selin Arifoğlu said, “I am really glad to be back in the Club where I have developed. It is really exciting for me to be in a successful and dynamic squad. I believe that I will contribute to the team by doing my best.”
On Selin’s transfer, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit Head Coach Ferhat Akbaş said, “Selin is a player who has been raised in our Academy, knows our team culture well and also played an important role in different teams of the Turkish League for many years. She will be an important contribution to our team that we made due to the injury we suffered in our team. I think we will benefit from her transfer for the rest of the season.”
About Hazal Selin Arifoğlu
Born in 1992, middle blocker Selin Arifoğlu started playing volleyball at TED Ankara College. Selin has become a Tiger when she was 15 years old and made her name in the Eczacıbaşı Senior Team for the first time when she was 17 years old.
During her career, Selin played for Eczacıbaşı, Karşıyaka, Yeşilyurt, Çanakkale Belediyespor, Sarıyer Belediyesi, Nilüfer Belediyespor, Aydın Büyükşehir Belediyesi, Galatasaray HDI Sigorta and Kuzeyboru volleyball teams.
