Turkish Volleyball Federation has announced the Turkish National Team preliminary squad for the summer of 2021. Seven players and one coach from Eczacıbaşı Sports Club will prepare for the upcoming National Team period in 2021.
Turkish National Team will be preparing in two groups. Our libero Simge Aköz, outside hitters Hande Baladın, Fatma Yıldırım, Saliha Şahin and middle blocker Yasemin Güveli are in the first group. On the other hand, our assistant coach Yalçın Özbek, our setter Elif Şahin and opposite player from our Academy, Pelin Eroktay will prepare with the second group.
This summer, Turkish National Team will play in the FIVB Volleyball Nations League, Tokyo Olympic Games and CEV European Volleyball Championship, consecutively.
