Tigers defeat Türk Hava Yolları in three sets on home soil in the 4th week of the Turkish League.
The team has showed a dominant performance in the first set with the help of captain Tijana Boskovic's attacks. While Boskovic has scored 6 points in this set, Saliha Şahin, Laura Heyrman and Beyza Arıcı scored 3 points each.
In the second set, Tigers showed a remarkable performance in blocking, with Beyza scoring 3, Heyrman 2 and Boskovic 1 stuff block.
Despite that Türk Hava Yolları came out stronger in the beginning of the third set, Tigers managed to take back control by coming back from 13-9 down to a 14-13 lead and finish the match in three sets.
Tijana Boskovic is the best scorer of the match by 23 points. Laura Heyrman is the second best scorer by 12 points.
In the 5th week of the Turkish League, Tigers will play against Galatasaray HDI Sigorta this Saturday, October 23, at 8 pm in away court.
