The Club parts ways with the experienced player Güldeniz Önal by mutual agreement.
Having joined us two seasons ago, Güldeniz Önal started her Eczacıbaşı VitrA career by winning the 2018 CEV Cup. Önal won the 2018 Turkish Super Cup, the 2019 Turkish Cup and a bronze medal in the 2018 FIVB Club World Championship this year.
The Club shared a statement regarding Önal’s farewell: “Thanks for all your contributions as a great athlete and sharing us your wisdom like a sister, Güldeniz! We wish you the best in the next chapters.”
Also Güldeniz posted a heartfelt message on her social media accounts.
