Tigers who have won their last three matches in the Turkish League and the CEV Cup in three sets, had another solid win tonight against Kuzeyboru.
The experienced setter Maja Ognjenovic showed a remarkable performance in the first set with the help of her mindful sets and setter tips. In the first set, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit middle blockers scored a total of 5 points. Coming back from 23-20 down, Tigers have won the first set by 27-25.
Defending the court well against Aksaray team Kuzeyboru's attacks, Tigers managed to win the second set by 25-15.
Despite all efforts of the home team Kuzeyboru, Eczacıbaşı Dynavit came out stronger with the help of team captain Tijana Boskovic's attacks and managed to return home with a 3-0 win in pockets.
Boskovic has been the best scorer of the day by 27 points, with Hande Baladın, Beyza Arıcı and Selin Arifoğlu scoring 7 points each. Also McKenzie Adams had an important share in today's win by scoring 14 points.

Ferhat Akbaş: "In this match the opponent pushed us more with their schedule and home court advantage. I don’t think we had difficulties in the match, we played very clear. It was very important for us to win 3-0 in a very tough schedule like this. In two days we will play the CEV Cup semi final and hopefully we will put our name in the final round."
Simge Aköz: "I think we had a very important win against a very strong opponent today. Despite of the intense schedule we are going through we managed to show the game that we wanted. Ahead of us there is a very important CEV Cup match. We will start our preparations for the CEV Cup second semi final when we return home."
