Building its roster for the 2019-20 season, Eczacıbaşı VitrA welcomes back two other young talents Buse Melis Kara and Saliha Şahin.
Buse Kara has been a member of Eczacıbaşı Sports Club in 2012 after spending her youth years at Karşıyaka, İzmir. Kara won the U20 Turkey Championship at Eczacıbaşı Academy. Clinching the title in the 2015 European Youth Olympics Festival (EYOF) with the Turkish National Team, Kara played at the top-league team Beylikdüzü last season.
Saliha Şahin, who was born in 1998, left behind a successful season at her hometown club Karayolları on loan after becoming a Tiger at the beginning of the 2018-19 season. In her youth years, Şahin won the U23 FIVB World Championship with the Turkish National Team and finished U20 World Championship in the fourth place. Şahin has been selected to the Turkish National Team preliminary squad in 2018 where she played at the FIVB Volleyball Nations League group stage.
