10 May 2021

Starting to complete the building of our new season squad, the Club welcome the successful setter Maja Ognjenovic who will once again play for the Tigers. Considered one of the best setters in the world, Maja Ognjenovic played for Eczacıbaşı before in the 2009-2010, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 seasons.

Commenting on her transfer, Maja Ognjenovic said how proud she is about rejoining the Eczacıbaşı VitrA family and added: “I think there is not a player like me who returned to the same club for a third time. Eczacıbaşı is a family that you always want to be a part of. I also feel very emotional because it seems like I will end my career here. I could not find a better place to do that. I am looking forward to be with my team, staff and all our fans in the upcoming season.”
