Despite the effective play of Gözde Yılmaz and Rachael Adams, Eczacıbaşı VitrA lost the first set 25:23. However, in the second one, Orange and White’s dominated the set and won 12:25.
Eczacıbaşı VitrA lowered the unforced errors in the third one and ended the set 18:25. Halkbank came back strong in the fourth, but Eczacıbaşı VitrA ended the match in the fifth in style.
Rachael Adams was the top scorer of the match with 19 points.
In the quarter finals of the play-offs, Eczacıbaşı VitrA will face Nilüfer Belediyespor and the winner will be decided over a serie of best of three matches.
